To encourage young talents, the Mo Hai Lou International Art Research Group has established a special creative scholarship this year for Dr. Ye Guo-Shin’s alma mater, the Department of Fine Arts at National Taiwan Normal University. Each year, one outstanding work from both the Eastern and Western media categories participating in the department exhibition will be selected and awarded a scholarship of NT$30,000 each.
