This lecture series is comprised of two lectures, co-organised by National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU), National Taiwan University of Arts (NTUA), and Mo Hai Lou International Art Group. The first lecture, “Fu Bao-shi’s Artistic Achievements”, held on 30th September 2015 at NTNU, was co-presented by both Fu Yi-yao and Dr. Ye. Approaching from different angles, they gave audiences a rare glimpse into the inner workings of Fu Bao-shi’s artistic genius. The second lecture, “Fu Yi-yao’s Artistic Achievements”, held on 1st October 2015 at NTUA, comprised of a short introduction by Dr. Ye, followed by Fu Yi-yao’s presentation and concluded with a symposium with senior art academics of NTUA.
Fu Yi-yao’s lecture series not only provided Taiwan’s art world with rare insights into the two famous Fus’ arts, but was also a golden opportunity for Taiwan’s art community to have a deep artistic exchange with such a renowned master artist.
