Voice of Han Broadcasting Network’s “FB Fresh News” Program – Introduction to the “Art Connoisseurship Exhibition”

Dr. Ye Guo-Shin, the first Chinese art appraisal doctorate holder, is currently curating the “Art Connoisseurship Exhibition” at the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. The value of the featured artworks ranges from millions to tens of millions and even over a billion (in local currency). Due to the high market value, counterfeit art groups continually innovate their forgery techniques, deceiving even experts and international auction houses.
As a result, art authentication has become an extremely important profession. Dr. Ye has compiled his years of study and experience in appraisal into the six-volume masterpiece “Mo Hai Chun Qiu—Collection and Connoisseurship Research into Chinese Painting and Calligraphy,” totaling 750,000 words. Selected highlights from this monumental work are featured in this exhibition.
Those interested can visit the exhibition at the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall before the end of the exhibition period. Alternatively, the event will be fully recorded and broadcasted, with Dr. Ye personally explaining and introducing the exhibition throughout the program.
